Let’s Heart!

Good Morning!

I am sitting here at 03:43 a.m. and thinking of a lot of things. In my heart, I had been allowing this thought to develop for me to share. It’s been too long I shared with you all a glimpse to my outlook on any form of art in daily life.

I woke up with a start and sat to meditate. My mind is elsewhere as I am trying to start my day with Meditation.

I told you in my last blog about celebration. I know not how many read it or thought about it, however, it’s akin to what I feel deeply and would like to share with you all today about the Birth anniversary that I attended of my Beloved Spiritual guide Shri Parth Sarthi Rajagopalachari. He left us all on 20th December 2014 to his Divine Journey further beyond human realms and recognition, however, the mark he left on us still bring us all ‘Together’ to celebrate.
How do we celebrate? We Meditate.
Let me introduce – We meditate on our heart. During celebrations which are called ‘Bhandaras’, the attendance of all of our parched Hearts is so huge, that the need is only to look within. The heart is all that matters when a crowd of 30,000+ gathers to be united in Meditation.

“Sahaj Marg” or “Heartfulness Meditation” (About Heartfulness Meditation) is a simple way to say ‘Hello’ to yourself. It’s an art to dive deep within like a diver goes deep into the sea to seek the mystery of nature deep inside the water, likewise, as we get in touch with self, there are mysteries that unravel in our personalities. We change in outlook, perspective, behavior, overall nature. What’s important is that We feel the silence within, the stillness that makes you aware and attentive to slightest of things.

I feel the vastness of the silence which is so beautiful, the tenderness of that environment prepares your heart with joy that has no bounds. Often the indescribable form of joy is revealed with an unexpected guest – “Tears.” It is difficult to put it into words what exactly transpires within when you meditate. If you ask me why do I Meditate? I for one can not reply to that, for me every meditation is a singular experience which is mine. Each meditation enlightens you with a unique experience, hence, it is important first to experience. A tangible experience I can still share but something which is beyond can be revealed to each on its own journey of experiences. An Experience Art to Heart has to be experienced. So, may be we can say in my words – ‘Let’s Heart.’ In French the sound of H is silent so if you say Let’s Heart it will sound like “Let’s Art” or as precisely said in Heartfulness ‘Let’s Meditate.’

This July Bhandara we all gathered from various parts of the world to celebrate, to be in sync within at Kanha Shantivanam, Hyderabad. It is a place for spiritual retreat and growing fast with its modern infrastructure maintaining a balance with plantations of trees every day (Kanha Shantivanam, Hyderabad). It is situated around 25 kilometers from the Rajeev Gandhi International airport, Hyderabad. In the divine atmosphere not only will you find souls being nurtured, also, plants taking life slowly but surely shaping the Green Kanha under the able guidance of Shri. Kamlesh Desaibhai Patel lovingly called Daaji.

At a glance, the bhandaras may seem like chaos and crowd of a bunch of people but if you feel closely you will understand the real meaning of the lines – ‘let every heart prepare him room, let heaven and nature sing’ from the song JOY TO THE WORLD.

Joy to the world was a song which we sang every Christmas in school. As a child, I was always mesmerized by the line – ‘let every heart prepare him room’, despite not understanding the complete spectrum of the words that were sung. Surprisingly, I don’t even remember rest of the song. May be, my heart recognized the hidden meaning of the same which I feel now. Joy to the world the ‘lord’ has come – who is the Lord? it’s the essence of being. It’s only through meditation we realize and connect to that being- which is life. To prepare room in our hearts for life itself will take place as we learn the art of meditation through Heart!

Daaji has poured his love in silence into millions of hearts without a word but just sitting together in Meditation. The serene and silent environment that enwraps you is beyond words. No words are enough to put forth the story that takes place in your heart during that one-hour Meditation. Nothing more. The message of our beloved guru “Daaji” at this Bhandara was to Spread the message of Love

Everyday life awakes looking for ‘you.’ Are you looking for it? “अथातो ब्रम्ह जिज्ञासा” (athato bramha jigyasa) which means – ‘Now! is the time to look within.’
